while they are in our care. We can not be held responsible once the
bird/animal leaves our care. We can offer phone consultation
if the buyer has a problem with the bird/animal once it leaves our care.
Buyers must be aware that they are buying a baby bird/animal that is going
to go thru stages of development - including growth, testing the new owner,
'the teenage stage', and finally establishing it's own space.
Regarding bird/animal purchases from other sellers advertising
on this site, PGS-E-PETS accepts no responsiblity for the health and conditions
of those birds/animals sold.
Finally, we will NOT be held responsible for any actions between
a seller or buyer not affiliated with
PGS-E-PETS on items listed for sale.
PGS-E-PETS reserves the right to remove any ad for any reason.
