PGS-E-PETS guarantees the health and condition of our own  birds/animals while they are in our care.  We can not be held responsible once the bird/animal leaves our care.   We can offer phone consultation if the buyer has a problem with the bird/animal once it leaves our care.  Buyers must be aware that they are buying a baby bird/animal that is going to go thru stages of development - including growth, testing the new owner, 'the teenage stage', and finally establishing it's own space.
